Our goal is to become our customers IT department, and just as an in-house IT department has a fixed cost and budget, engaging Masser Technologies also can have a fixed cost and can be easily budget. By engaging with Masser Technologies, customers not only get an on-call “IT guy” but the expertise of a complete company and all its available resources. Customer who decide to engage in Masser Technologies typically save a lot of money compared to what it would cost them to have an in-house IT technician or engineer.

The monthly cost of engaging in our MSP Program will be determined by the number of devices to be supported, and typically discounts are granted for multi-year agreements.

Our Managed Services Program also brings to our customers a complete proactive approach to IT services with 24×7 monitoring.

Our MSP program has become the backbone of our offerings to our customers. Since our customers will pay a flat monthly fee based on the number of devices on the network regardless of how many hours of assistance are required every month, the customer will pay the same amount if we spent 1 hour a month or if we spent 100 hours a month supporting their operations.
